Importing a sport horse to the Netherlands — the real logistics
Post-Brexit, a UK horse enters the Netherlands as a third-country import, and we manage every step. We arrange the pre-export veterinary work and bloods, register the move on TRACES NT, secure the export health certificate, and book an EU-approved transporter. Horses travel by road and Channel crossing; the Netherlands is one of the shortest mainland routes, so journeys are usually completed quickly and door to door.

Independent pre-purchase vetting by your own veterinarian is always encouraged.
