Importing a sport horse to Sweden — the real logistics
Post-Brexit a UK horse enters Sweden as a third-country import, and we handle all of it. We arrange the pre-export veterinary work and bloods, register the move on TRACES NT, obtain the export health certificate, and book an EU-approved transporter. Horses travel by road and Channel crossing through mainland Europe with a Baltic crossing or fixed-link route into Sweden; we plan rest and welfare across the longer journey.

Swedish clients commonly start on video with honest commentary, full veterinary history and pedigree, and are welcome to ride and try in Kent. Independent pre-purchase vetting by your own veterinarian is encouraged. We then manage export documentation, customs and white-glove transport door to door, and remain available for aftercare.
